Michaeli Bakery

Whenever we want a coffee and a little treat, we come here. Michaeli sits just outside the busiest part of Dimes Square, close enough to feel connected but far enough to breathe. Adir Michaeli, who trained at Tel Aviv’s legendary Lehamim Bakery and helped establish Breads Bakery, opened Michaeli in 2019.

The display cases are packed with babka, bourekas, challah, cakes, pastries, and seasonal specialties, but it’s the rugelach that has its own gravitational pull. Technically it’s a cookie, but it behaves more like a tiny croissant. Deeply buttery, flaky, and impossible to stop eating. Not that we’d encourage you to stop. Ever.
