Lucie Franc de Ferriere started baking after losing her gallery job during the pandemic. She opened From Lucie in 2023.

Layers of chamomile cream, Earl Grey frosting, elderflower fillings, and seasonal fruit arranged with the deft touch of a Dutch still life. The flavors aren’t aggressively sweet. Instead, they bloom slowly.
