Coffee people love PARK. Not just coffee-lovers. Coffee connoisseurs. The sort of people who know which roaster produced the beans, care about the water temperature, and can happily spend fifteen minutes discussing extraction.
The room is restrained in an undeniably beautiful way: warm timber, careful lighting, ceramic cups and a beautifully tuned sound system.
The slow bar is the centerpiece. Every pour-over is brewed to order using a rotating selection of exceptional beans from LA’s Loquat Coffee, with the menu changing often enough to reward repeat visits.
The staff happily talk you through different origins, processing methods, and flavor profiles. Come with time to spare, and if you manage to find a spot on one of the plywood benches, settle in and watch downtown drift past.
